Nico is MintBox's Assistant Director of Language and Community Engagement. He makes sure the organization's message is accessible to the communities it serves — supporting multilingual communication and inclusive outreach, building relationships with local groups, organizing community initiatives, and expanding who takes part. In an organization whose growing guide ships in two languages and whose partners serve families in several more, this is not a side job.
